CANTERBURY APPOINTS NEW CEO

Dear Members,

It is my pleasure to announce on behalf of the Board that Dave Brace will be joining us as the new Chief Executive Officer of Canterbury League Club – commencing in a couple of months when he has completed his current obligations.

Dave has extensive experience as a Chief Executive Officer at a number of Clubs, most recently at Wentworthville Leagues Club, where he has overseen a period of strong growth and the delivery of a number of successful projects.

Prior to Wentworthville Dave was Chief Executive Officer of Gosford RSL, turning that Club around from a poor financial position to strong profitability. In addition to Dave’s experience he is also a qualified Accountant.

Dave is excited to be joining the team and is well equipped to lead Canterbury into the future.
