Joey’s Kids Bootcamp – 11am (9-12 years old)
Keep your kids active these school holidays with a 40 minute bootcamp session. Joey’s bootcamp includes body weight circuits, speed agility drills, co-ordination activities, flexibility activities and fun games. On the day children should wear comfortable clothes, running shoes, bring a water bottle and be ready to have fun.
