To coincide with the 10-year anniversary of Canterbury League Club’s Engage Rewards loyalty program, we have engaged Research & Strategy Consultants T garage to conduct member market research, beginning with member focus groups.
You have been invited to participate in a focus discussion group happening mid-August 2024!
The focus group discussion will centre around understanding what Engage Rewards program benefits our members value the most, potential new benefits that could be introduced into Engage Rewards, and how we can improve the existing program.
Your feedback will be much appreciated. Each focus group will be take approximately 1 hour and each participant will receive a $100 Canterbury Gift Card as our thanks for your time and participation.
