2026 NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

NOTICE is given that the 70th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of CANTERBURY LEAGUE CLUB LIMITED (“the League Club”) will be held on Wednesday, 25 March 2026 in the Paragon Room on the Ground Floor of the League Club, 26 Bridge Road, Belmore, New South Wales, commencing at 7:00 pm.

NOMINATIONS FOR ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Members are advised that nominations for the position of Club Director for 2026-27 will close on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 7pm.

Nomination forms are available from the office of the Chief Executive Officer.

The vote for Directors will be conducted on the Club premises (Belmore, Lakemba and Punchbowl) between the hours of 11am and 8pm on Friday, March 20 and Saturday, March 21, 2026.

The elected Board of Directors will be declared at the 70th Annual General Meeting of the Club to be held on the Club premises, 26 Bridge Road, Belmore, on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 7pm.
