This team focusses on providing frontline customer service to our members and guests like taking orders, assisting with enquiries, and front-of-house cleaning duties. Example of roles include Food & Beverage Attendants, Gaming Attendants, Reception, Baristas, Team Leaders and Duty Managers.
Team members work on keeping the Club operating smoothly in the background with responsibilities like moving stock, prepping food, and general upkeep of the physical building. Example of roles include Chefs, Warehouse, Maintenance, Cleaners and Back-of-house Kitchen Crew.
Administration is made up of several departments however everyone is working towards the common goal of handling general administrative business to ensure the continued operations of the club. Example of roles include Rostering, Finance, Business Analyst, Marketing, Human Resources, and Executive Office.
