A Flexible Event Space in Belmore

The Showroom stands out for one reason – flexibility. The event space can comfortably fit a maximum of 750 guests in theatre style, or 500 guests in banquet style.

It features its own large stage, stylishly-decorated private bar, generously sized dance floor, cutting-edge immersive audio-visual system, and modern bathroom facilities.

You can shape the space to suit your event whether it be a corporate presentation, a gala dinner, or a private celebration. Each setup feels intentional and tailored.

Real Events Hosted in the Past

The Showroom doesn’t just change – it transforms.

The Showroom recently hosted a charity fight night for Executive Fighter with a full-size boxing ring at the centre of the room. Guests sat around the action, creating an electric, arena-style atmosphere.

The space has also been transformed to host trade shows and expos where multiple suppliers built their display stands and had their products on display.

For another event, seats were arranged to create a U-shaped, theatre-style layout for a talk show format. This brought guests closer and kept energy high throughout the event.

The Events Team have also hosted numerous corporate dinners with elegant table settings and networking events with open layouts. Each event feels completely different because the space adapts to it.
