Welcome Gift vouchers are issued by Canterbury League Club and are redeemable at Canterbury, C-Life, Lakemba, Moxon, Dynasty, SportsPlus & Bistro 2196.

How do I redeem my Welcome Gift vouchers?
You will automatically receive your Welcome Gift vouchers credited to your Food & Beverage account at 7.30am the next morning of your tier change.
If you are opted-in to receive Gaming News marketing messages from us, then an email and/or SMS will be sent to you to welcome you to your tier and let you know of your Welcome Gift voucher.
Not receiving any communications from us? Speak to Reception or an Engage Host to confirm your details.
How can I check how much balance I have left?
Visit Reception and they’ll be able to check for you. Alternatively, a staff member at POS can also check for you upon request.
Do Welcome Gift vouchers expire?
Yes, they do expire! You have 90 days from date of issue to spend your Welcome Gift vouchers before they automatically expire.
Can I exchange my Welcome Gift voucher for another gift card?
Unfortunately this isn’t permitted. Welcome Gift vouchers are issued by Canterbury League Club to use at outlets within the Canterbury Group.
