A New Welcome Awaits

Canterbury League Club is currently upgrading the Club’s front entrance doors, replacing the existing revolving door with a brand-new air lock double-door system.

Hoarding has gone up blocking off the existing revolving door, however access throughout the build will continue to be available via the side doors adjacent to the main entrance.

“While our current door has served us well over the years, it’s time for a refresh that better suits the needs of our Members and guests today,” said Canterbury CEO Greg Pickering.

“We know how important easy access is, so we want to reassure all patrons that entry and exit will not be impacted at any time.”

Once completed, the new air lock entry system will make a real difference to the comfort of Members and guests in the Club – minimising fluctuations in air drafts and helping keep things warm in winter and cool in summer.

Whilst behind the hoarding, builders will also be replacing the existing entry tiles with premium carpet, creating a safer and more comfortable space for all on entry and exit.

“We are really excited to bring you this new entry experience in a few months. In the meantime, signage will guide safely to all entry and exit points. We’ll also keep you updated throughout the works, as we head towards this new Canterbury experience,” said Mr Pickering
