A Sweet Way to Make a Difference for Breast Cancer Research
Thank you to our Members, guests and staff for making this year’s Pink Week a success – together, we raised $1,772.40 for this important cause!
From 13-19 October, Canterbury donated $1 to National Breast Cancer Foundation for every pink dessert purchased at Bakehouse Café and The Bistro Cafe. Thanks to your incredible support (and love for dessert!), 1,404 slices were enjoyed, raising $1,404 through cake sales alone.
Staff fundraising activities and generous donations to tins placed around the club also contributed to the final amount.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us in eating cake for a cause — every slice, every dollar, and every act of kindness made a difference. 💗
