A Note on How We Count Capacity

Each room is listed with several capacity figures because how many people fit depends heavily on the room setup.

Theatre style means rows of chairs facing a stage or screen with no tables, maximising seats. This suits seminars, presentations, or award nights.

Cabaret style means round tables with chairs on three sides facing the front — popular for events that mix a program with dining.

Canape / Cocktail style means high tables, lounge areas, and open floor space for mingling, which accommodates the most people in a given footprint.

Banquet / Sit-Down style means full tables with seating all the way around, suited to formal dinners and events built around a meal.

The room comfortably accommodates up to 250 guests for banquet-style events, making it perfect for presentation nights, celebrations, and live entertainment.

Send It! Social Club — Up to 150 Guests

Sitting on Level 1 of Canterbury League Club directly next to Blueberry, Send It! Social Club is an activity venue that works as either a standalone function booking or an add-on to your event. It’s particularly popular as a team-building breakout — your group can dine and drink in one of our function rooms, then head next door for a session of competitive fun, all without leaving the building.

Send It! offers a range of social activities including AR darts, batting cages, golf simulators, shuffleboard, racing simulators, virtual shooting, pool, and basketball.

Catering packages are available from $25 per person, and bar tabs can be set up from $250.
