Congratulations to Flame Restaurant Chef’s Justin O’Bree & Nick Cooke for making the finals in the ClubsNSW Chef’s Table competition. Nick & Justin will battle it out with chefs from 14 other clubs to see who will claim Gold, Silver or Bronze
The Chef’s Table competition was created by ClubsNSW to recognise the many talented chefs, cooks and apprentices in clubs across New South Wales. Participating culinary teams are judged on a 3-course menu including use of key ingredients, cooking techniques, creativity, balance of flavours, recipe costing accuracy, execution and presentation.
This is the 6th straight year that Flame Restaurant has made the finals and after being awarded Bronze last year we have set our sights on Gold.
Winners will be announced on Monday 29th July at the final which will be held at Canterbury. Good luck boys!
