Locked up to show support for Belmore PCYC

Posted on Wednesday, 2 April 2014

Belmore PCYC is holding its annual fundraiser, Time 4 Kids, in conjunction with Youth Week 4-13 April 2014.

Time 4 Kids is an opportunity for local members of the community, business owners and high-profile people to donate an hour of their time and, under the supervision of a Police Officer, be locked-up in mock gaol cells for charity. ‘Inmates’ must then raise bail through community donations in order to be set free.

Belmore PCYC will be holding one of their Time4Kids events on Thursday 10 April at the foyer of Canterbury League Club between 9:00am – 4:00pm. Members and their guests are welcomed to attend these events and donations can be made on the day.

If you would like to get involved, volunteer to be locked up or make a donation to the club, please contact Club Manager Nathan Lovett on 9759 4934. Online donations can be made here

All donations go directly to the club to purchase new equipment, improve services and upgrade facilities.
