How do I install the Canterbury Digital Mastercard in my Digital Wallet?: First, download the cherrypay app from the Apple or Google Play store. Log into the app to access your cards. Click on the ‘Save to Wallet’ button to save the Canterbury Digital Mastercard to your Wallet.
How do I check how many Engage Rewards points I can transfer to my Canterbury Digital Mastercard?: You can check how many points you have in the cherrypay app.
How do I transfer my Engage Rewards points onto my Canterbury Digital Mastercard?: It’s easy, just click on the ‘Cash out points’ button in the cherrypay app, input how many points you’d like to transfer, and then click ‘Transfer’. However there is a minimum of 1000 points per transfer.
Can I cash out my Engage Reward points using the Canterbury Digital Mastercard?: No, the Canterbury Digital Mastercard doesn’t allow a cash withdrawal functionality. Members can only spend the balance on the card by spending the card at any POS terminal that accepts Cashless Payments.
